Schedule of Events

Pre-Tournament Events:

• Now – July 1, 2024, at 12:01 AM: Open Practice
• July 1, 2024, at 12:01 AM to July 26, 2024, Safe Light: Off limits (Above the John Day dam is off-limits, below is open)
• Check In/Meeting Thursday, July 25, 2024:
  • Food and drinks by Mary's Tacos
  • Liability waiver, Muscle form sent via text
  • 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Mandatory Tournament check-in
  • Fill out W9 form
  • Provide a Tackle Warehouse receipt dated within 30 days of check-in for a contingency prize
  • 6:00 PM: Mandatory Pre-Tournament meeting
  • Text draw (flights will be announced at the meeting and a text will be sent out)

Tournament Days:

• Friday, July 26, 2024 - Day 1:

  • 5:00 AM: Boat check opens at the BAM release boat (all boats must go through boat check and receive a boat float before starting the tournament)
  • National Anthem by Heather Baumgartner
  • Blast off at safe light (time announced at the pre-tournament meeting)
  • Afternoon check-in per your assigned time – ensure to turn in your boat float before weighing
  • Weigh-in starts about 3:00 PM – your assigned time will be texted the night before

• Saturday, July 27, 2024 - Day 2:

  • 5:00 AM: Boat check opens at the BAM release boat
  • National Anthem by Heather Baumgartner
  • Blast off at safe light (time announced at the pre-tournament meeting)
  • Afternoon check-in per your assigned time – ensure to turn in your boat float before weighing
  • Weigh-in starts about 3:00 PM – your assigned time will be texted the night before
  • Top 10 announced shortly after weighing in (top 10 will receive a text concerning the meeting and the final day)

• Sunday, July 28, 2024 - Championship Day 3:

  • 5:00 AM: Boat check opens at the BAM release boat
  • National Anthem by Heather Baumgartner
  • Blast off safe light*
  • Weigh-in starts about 3:00 PM – your assigned time will be texted the night before
  • Award the Bass Boat Technology contingency
  • Award the Garmin contingency
  • Crown a Champion and pay the field shortly after Sunday’s weigh-in
