Community Christmas Celebration

 Main Street → Columbia Ave → Olson Road → SAGE Center
 FREE for the whole family!
Hosted by the Boardman Chamber of Commerce 

 A magical evening of lights, music, and holiday cheer as Boardman kicks off the Christmas season in style!

 Event Schedule

4:45 PM – Fire Department Light Up Parade Begins 
• Fire Department proceeds down Main Street, turns right onto Columbia Ave, then right onto Olson Road, and ends at the SAGE Center.
• Santa arrives at the SAGE Center with the fire department.

5:00 PM – Children’s Concert & Nativity Scene 
• Children’s Choir performs 3 songs.
• Final children’s song is accompanied by the Inland Northwest Musicians.
• Nativity Scene: at the conclusion, Mary carries baby Jesus outside to the Christmas tree, followed by the children and the audience.

5:45 PM – Transition outdoors 
• Children and the Nativity cast gather around the Christmas tree.
• The crowd will be directed outside to prepare for the tree lighting countdown.

6:00 PM – Christmas Tree Lighting & Fireworks 
• Tree lighting ceremony begins.
• Fireworks show immediately after (approx. 5 minutes).

6:15 PM – Festivities Continue Inside 

Inland NW Musicians Holiday Performance (about 1 hour)
• Guests return inside the SAGE Center.
• Inland Northwest Musicians Performance (1 hour or slightly longer).
• Hot chocolate & cookies served.
• Pictures with Santa available. 

7:30–7:45 PM – Event Wrap-Up 
• Music concludes.
• Families finish photos with Santa.
• Event closes.

 Event Highlights

 Community Light Up Parade

Hosted for the first time by the Chamber, carrying forward a beloved tradition started by SECO Pallets.

Floats, decorated vehicles, and walking groups will light up downtown and lead to the SAGE Center.

 Children’s Christmas Concert – Featuring local youth including Learning Adventure Pre-School.

 Nativity Pageant by AWANA – Experience the Christmas story brought to life.

 Live Holiday Music – Performances by Inland NW Musicians & Brass Ensemble.

 Santa Claus – Every child who visits Santa receives a special treat!

 Hot Chocolate & Cookies – Free refreshments to warm you up.

 Fireworks Grand Finale – Launch into the holiday season with a festive show!

 Come one, come all—it’s going to be an evening full of community, connection, and Christmas magic in Boardman!
