Position Overview:
The Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting sales growth by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients to handle policy inquiries, renewals, and changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients regarding their insurance policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication and problem resolution.
- Prepare and process policy renewals, endorsements, and claims as needed.
- Collaborate with producers and underwriters to identify coverage solutions and growth opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends and carrier products to provide informed recommendations.
- Maintain accurate client records within agency management systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
