Position Summary
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the operations Laborer will support daily packaging and warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring finished products meet quality standards and are properly weighed, sorted, packaged and palletized. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently, follow instructions and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.

Position Responsibilities

  • Weigh finished products accurately and consistently.
  • Clear jams and materials from the packaging lines.
  • Sort and organize materials used in processing, storing, and packaging.
  • Monitor equipment to ensure packaging meets established quality standards.
  • Palletize finished products efficiently and safely.
  • Follow all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and assist with basic equipment cleaning.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Must be able to read and interpret safety instructions and production documents.
  • Physical ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Able to lift, push and pull up to 55 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must adhere to all safety an GMP regulations.
?Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a packaging or warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with packaging equipment is helpful.
